Internet has been down for over an hour third time in the last two weeks. Depend on internet for job, is this legal? How does it go down so often for such long periods of time? Why is there no support after 6pm?

Bloom Broadband - Horrible company

Internet is slower than it says, we have the 12 mbps speed but when we do a speed test its 3 or less, extremely expensive for horrible service, very poor customer service when you call they always try to blame their crap service on your equipment, internet goes out at least once a day for anywhere between 15 min and 3 hours

Bloom Broadband - No support! Just an answering machine!

My service dropped at about 6pm on a Sunday. I cannot contact anyone because they are closed. WTF?!? I need connectivity for work. What kind of ISP doesn’t have support at 6pm? I will be cancelling and making sure others do as well.
