last year, I was technically forced to subscribe for Ultra Ultra Fast speed Internet from Bloom Broadband by Liberty Mills Apartment. The speed which they claim 100 Mbps is actually just 23-30 Mbps that too if you are lucky. I have been following them for the last one year but no solution.

It's so pathetic that you will often witness buffer while playing youtube.

The reason I say "forced" because this posh apartment don't slow speed internet to get into community. And somehow Bloom Broadband qualified based upon their amazing service.

I have the full logs of their speed. They made me buy a new high end router for that super slow internet. I have attached some logs from my phone. And i know, the bandwith over Wi-Fi decreases but here i am sitting just beside the router. And I did check with LAN Cable, sometime it shows like 30Mbps, I have never seen it goin above 40 Mbps

I am using this router bought couple of weeks back -

Motorola 8x4 Cable Modem Gateway + WiFi N450 GigE Router with Power Boost, Model MG7315, 343 Mbps DOCSIS 3.0

Review about: Bloom Broadband Internet Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Pathetic, Poor service.
